This carrot pudding is a mouthwatering and easy-to-make dessert.

Ingredients
- 4Carrot
- 1LFull fat milk
- 1/4cupSugar
- Condensed milk
- 1/4tspVanilla essence
- 16gChina grass
- 1 1/2cupWater
How to make Easy Carrot Pudding
Thinly slice the carrots.
In a pan, add sliced carrots and milk. Cook the carrots until completely cooked.
Add sugar and mix well.
Add condensed milk to taste and vanilla essence. Boil for a few minutes, then turn off the heat and let it cool.
Mix China grass with water and soak for 10 minutes.
Transfer the cooled carrot mixture to a mixer jar and grind to a smooth paste.
Heat the ground carrot mixture in a pan.
Meanwhile Boil the soaked China grass until it completely melts.
Add the melted China grass to the boiling carrot mixture and let it boil for a few minutes.
Turn off the heat and pour the mixture into a pudding tray.
Let it cool down completely, then refrigerate overnight.
Tips & Tricks
Adjust the amount of condensed milk based on your desired sweetness.
