Easy Carrot Pudding recipe

Ingredients

6 Servings
(1 serving = 1 piece)
  • 4
    Carrot
  • 1L
    Full fat milk
  • 1/4cup
    Sugar
  • Condensed milk
  • 1/4tsp
    Vanilla essence
  • 16g
    China grass
  • 1 1/2cup
    Water

How to make Easy Carrot Pudding

  1. Thinly slice the carrots.

  2. In a pan, add sliced carrots and milk. Cook the carrots until completely cooked.

  3. Add sugar and mix well.

  4. Add condensed milk to taste and vanilla essence. Boil for a few minutes, then turn off the heat and let it cool.

  5. Mix China grass with water and soak for 10 minutes.

  6. Transfer the cooled carrot mixture to a mixer jar and grind to a smooth paste.

  7. Heat the ground carrot mixture in a pan.

  8. Meanwhile Boil the soaked China grass until it completely melts.

  9. Add the melted China grass to the boiling carrot mixture and let it boil for a few minutes.

  10. Turn off the heat and pour the mixture into a pudding tray.

  11. Let it cool down completely, then refrigerate overnight.

Tips & Tricks

  1. Adjust the amount of condensed milk based on your desired sweetness.
