These custard cookies are crispy and chewy, mouth-watering eggless cookies.

Ingredients
- 50gunsalted butter
- 3 1/2tbspsugar
- 2piececardamom
- 1/2cupall-purpose flour
- 3 1/2tbspcustard powder
- 2tbspmilk
How to make Custard Cookies
Add sugar and cardamom to a mixer jar. Grind to a fine powder.
Cream the butter, ensuring it is at room temperature.
Beat the butter with the powdered sugar and cardamom until it becomes soft and light in color.
Add all-purpose flour and custard powder to the mixture. Mix well.
Add milk at room temperature and mix well.
Transfer the dough to a piping bag.
Prepare a baking tray with butter paper and drop the dough onto it one by one.
Garnish each cookie with a cherry in the middle.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
Custard cookies are ready to serve.
Tips & Tricks
Ensure the butter is at room temperature for easier creaming.
Use a piping bag for uniform cookie shapes.
