A hot and sweet crispy corn snack that's easy to make.

Ingredients
- 1/2cupcorn
- 2tbspall purpose flour
- 2tbspcorn flour
- 1/2tsppepper powder
- 1 1/2tbspchilli paste
- 1tbsphoney
- 2tbsptomato sauce
- 1tbspfinely chopped garlic
- 2tbspfinely chopped onion
- 1/2pieceegg
- oil for frying
- salt to taste
How to make Crispy Corn
In a bowl, add corn, 1 tbsp all-purpose flour, 1 tbsp corn flour, half an egg (both white and yolk), 1/4 tsp salt, and pepper.
Mix well.
Add the remaining all-purpose flour and corn flour to remove the stickiness.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add the corn mixture and fry until it becomes half-cooked.
Remove from oil and set aside.
In a separate pan, add 1 tbsp of oil.
Add garlic and onion, sauté until light brown.
Add chilli paste and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Add a pinch of salt, tomato sauce, and honey. Mix well.
Double fry the corn to achieve crispness.
Add the fried corn to the honey tomato sauce mixture and mix well.
Tips & Tricks
Ensure the oil is hot enough before frying to achieve maximum crispiness.
Adjust the amount of chilli paste and honey to balance the heat and sweetness to your preference.
