Coriander Mix Powder

  • 100g
    coriander seeds
  • 25g
    black cumin seeds
  • 25g
    cardamom
  • 25g
    dried ginger powder
  • 25g
    cinnamon
  • 50g
    fenugreek

How to make Coriander Tea for Weight Loss

Prepare Coriander Mix Powder

  1. Dry roast all the ingredients separately except for the dried ginger powder.

  2. Let them cool down completely.

  3. Grind the roasted ingredients to a fine powder.

  4. Add the dried ginger powder to the mixture.

  5. Store the mixture in an airtight container.

Make Coriander Tea

  1. Boil one glass of water with 1 tsp of the coriander mix powder.

  2. Let it boil for 2-3 minutes.

  3. Turn off the flame.

  4. Strain the tea.
