Once the mustard seeds pop, add dried chilly, garlic pieces, and shallot pieces.
Sauté until the mixture turns golden brown.
Lower the flame, then add chilly powder and curry leaves.
Add the cooked cluster beans and mix well.
Turn off the flame.
