- 650gsteak mince
- 1piecemedium onion, finely chopped
- 6tbspfinely chopped dhania (coriander)
- 1tspextra special crushed chillies
- 2tspSuhana mild chilli powder
- 1/2tspfine salt or salt to taste
- 1 1/2tspdhana jeeru powder
- 1/2tspturmeric powder
- 1tspTandoori masala (dry spice)
- 1 1/2tbspginger & garlic paste with red chillies
- 1tbspgreen masala
- 2tspTandoori masala (wet masala)

How to make Steak Kebabs
In a bowl, add the mince, onions, dhania, and the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
Shape the mixture into kebabs or round balls and refrigerate until firm.
To Cook Kebabs
Shallow fry the kebabs in oil in a non-stick pan until golden brown on both sides.
Remove from the pan and serve hot.
Tips & Tricks
Ensure to squeeze out excess water from the onions to avoid a soggy mixture.
Refrigerating the kebabs helps them hold their shape better during frying.
