Steak Kebabs recipe

Ingredients

4 Servings
(1 serving = 2-3 kebabs)
  • 650g
    steak mince
  • 1piece
    medium onion, finely chopped
  • 6tbsp
    finely chopped dhania (coriander)
  • 1tsp
    extra special crushed chillies
  • 2tsp
    Suhana mild chilli powder
  • 1/2tsp
    fine salt or salt to taste
  • 1 1/2tsp
    dhana jeeru powder
  • 1/2tsp
    turmeric powder
  • 1tsp
    Tandoori masala (dry spice)
  • 1 1/2tbsp
    ginger & garlic paste with red chillies
  • 1tbsp
    green masala
  • 2tsp
    Tandoori masala (wet masala)

How to make Steak Kebabs

  1. In a bowl, add the mince, onions, dhania, and the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.

  2. Shape the mixture into kebabs or round balls and refrigerate until firm.

To Cook Kebabs

  1. Shallow fry the kebabs in oil in a non-stick pan until golden brown on both sides.

  2. Remove from the pan and serve hot.

Tips & Tricks

  1. Ensure to squeeze out excess water from the onions to avoid a soggy mixture.

  2. Refrigerating the kebabs helps them hold their shape better during frying.
