- 1/4cupghee or oil

Filling
- 1cupcooked and mashed potatoes
- 1cupcooked and mashed peas
- 1/2cuponions, finely chopped
- 1/4cupcilantro, chopped
- 1/4cuplemon juice

Chaat Masala
- 1cupyogurt
- 1/2cuptamarind chutney
- 1/4cupgreen chutney
- 1/4cupchopped cilantro
- 1/2tspcumin powder
- 1/2tspchaat masala powder

How to make Samoosa Chaat
Make the Samoosas
Mix flour, salt, and baking powder.
Add ghee or oil and water to form a dough.
Roll out the dough and cut into squares.
Fill the squares with the potato-pea mixture.
Fold and seal the samoosas.
Fry the samoosas until golden brown.
Assemble the Chaat
Place fried samoosas on a plate.
Top with yogurt, tamarind chutney, green chutney, cilantro, cumin powder, chaat masala powder, and salt.
