How to make Crumbed Chicken Drumsticks
Preparation
Wash and drain the chicken drumsticks.
Marinating
In a bowl, combine peri peri masala, alipoor roast masala, oil, lemon juice, lemon pepper, paprika, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric, mayonnaise, chilli sauce, and salt.
Marinate the chicken drumsticks with the mixture.
Cooking
Cook the marinated chicken drumsticks on low heat until done. Do not let them dry out.
Allow the chicken to cool.
Coating and Frying
Coat the cooled chicken drumsticks in cake flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
Fry the coated drumsticks in medium hot oil until golden brown.
