How to make Almond Chicken

  1. Marinate the chicken in ginger, garlic, red chili paste, salt, ground almonds, coconut, crushed coriander, crushed cumin, mustard powder, tomato paste, mayonnaise, saffron, and lemon juice for at least an hour.

  2. Heat butter in a pan. Add the marinated chicken and cook until done.

  3. Add a handful of cocktail tomatoes and allow to simmer.

  4. Before serving, prepare the wagaar (tempering).

  5. Heat ghee in a small pan. Add whole red chilies, sliced garlic, whole cumin, chopped almonds, and curry leaves. Braise nicely.

  6. Pour the wagaar over the cooked chicken and serve.
