How to make Red Velvet Cake
Mix the eggs alone for 4 minutes.
Add sugar to the eggs and mix for 3 minutes.
Add the flavor to the mixture.
Mix the red velvet color into the buttermilk.
Sieve all dry ingredients into a bowl.
Alternate adding dry ingredients and red buttermilk in 3 batches, mixing with a mixer until combined.
Fold in the Greek yogurt last.
