How to make Kerala Style Fish Curry

Preparation

  1. Soak the kukum star in hot water and set aside.

  2. Clean and cut the fish into pieces.

  1. Heat coconut oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Allow them to splutter.

  2. Add fenugreek seeds, ginger, garlic, and shallots. Sauté until the shallots turn golden brown.
