- 1tspgarlic paste
- 1tspKashmiri chilli
- 1/4tspturmeric powder
- 1/2tsppepper powder
- salt (as required)
For Cooking
- 1piecemedium-sized onion
- 3piecegreen chilli (sliced)
- 1tspginger (sliced)
- 1tspgarlic (sliced)
- 1tspcrushed chilli (less spicy)
- 1/2tspcoriander powder
- 1/4tspfennel seed powder
- 1/4tspjaggery
- 3sprigcurry leaves
- 3tbspcoconut oil

How to make Spicy Fried Chicken
Marination
Mix chicken pieces with ginger paste, garlic paste, Kashmiri chilli, turmeric powder, pepper powder, and salt.
Marinate for 1 hour.
Cooking
Fry the marinated chicken and strain the oil.
In a pan, add 2 tsp of the oil used for frying the chicken.
When the oil is hot, add sliced onions, green chilli, ginger, and garlic. Sauté well.
Add crushed chilli and sauté.
Add coriander powder, fennel seed powder, jaggery, and two pinches of salt. Sauté well.
Add fried chicken and curry leaves. Mix well.
Serve the chicken fry hot.
Tips & Tricks
Adjust the amount of chilli according to your spice preference.
Use fresh curry leaves for a more aromatic flavor.
