How to make Easy Biryani

Preparation

  1. Boil 4 cups of water in a pan.

  1. Heat a pressure cooker on medium flame. Add sunflower oil and fry the sliced onion, nuts, and raisins. Set aside.

  2. Pour the ghee into the remaining oil. Sauté cinnamon, clove, star anise, sha jeera, and cardamom.
