How to make Spicy Egg Omelette
Heat a pan and add coconut oil.
Add chopped onion, tomato, curry leaves, and a pinch of salt. Sauté until light brown.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, black pepper, and ginger garlic paste. Sauté well on a low flame.
In a bowl, break and beat the eggs with a pinch of salt.
Pour the beaten eggs into the sautéed onion mixture. Cover with a lid and cook for 2 minutes.
Serve the omelette hot.
Tips & Tricks
For a fluffier omelette, beat the eggs thoroughly before adding them to the pan.
Adjust the amount of chili powder to suit your spice preference.
