Ingredients
- 1bundleasparagus
- 1/2tspsalt
- 1/2tsppepper
- 1/2tspgarlic powder
- 1Zest of lemon
- 3tbspparmesan cheese
- 2tbspolive oil
How to make Roasted Asparagus with Lemon and Parmesan
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Line a sheet pan with tin foil.
Place the asparagus on the lined sheet pan.
Coat the asparagus with olive oil.
Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, lemon zest, and Parmesan cheese to the asparagus.
Mix everything together until the asparagus is evenly coated. Line asparagus up so they are not overlapping, ensuring they are all cooked equally.
Roast in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until the asparagus is tender and slightly crispy.
Tips & Tricks
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice before serving.
Use freshly grated Parmesan cheese for the best taste.
