- 1 1/2tsprice vinegar
- 1 1/2tspsriracha
- 1tspgarlic, minced
- 1tspginger, minced
- 1/2tspred pepper flakes (optional)
- 1tspcornstarch
For the Stir Fry
- 1cupbell peppers, sliced
- 1/2cuponion, sliced
- 1cupbroccoli florets
- 2piecegreen onions, chopped
- 1tbspsesame seeds (for garnish)
- 1spray cooking oil (avocado preferred)
How to make Beef Stir Fry with Garlic Ginger Marinade
Marinade Preparation
Combine soy sauce, hoisin, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sriracha, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, and cornstarch in a bowl to make the marinade.
Steak Preparation
Cut the steak into strips and let them sit in the marinade for at least 15 minutes.
Cooking

Brown the marinated steak strips for 1.5 minutes on each side.
