For base

  • 1/2cup
    toor daal
  • 1/4
    lauki
  • 1/4
    brinjal
  • 1/4
    carrot
  • 1
    onion

    curry leaves
  • pinch
    of hing
  • 1tsp
    Jhakiyan or mustard seeds
  • salt as per taste
  • 1tsp
    chilli powder
  • 2
    dry red chillies
  • 1tsp
    turmeric powder
  • 2tbsp
    sambar powder
  • 1/2tsp
    Oil
  • water as required
  • 2tbsp
    tamarind

How to make Weightloss sambar

Let’s prepare

  1. Add daal , lauki , brinjal and carrot into a pressure cooker

  9. Sauté till it completely absorbed, add water if required

  1. Soak tamarind into hot water in advance

  2. use water if masala sticks to the pan
