How to make Weightloss sambar
Let’s prepare
- Step 1
Add daal , lauki , brinjal and carrot into a pressure cooker
- Step 2
Add water and one tomato in the cooker
- Step 3
Add salt, turmeric powder and hing and give 5-6 whistles

Once steam is out mash it with a spatula
- Step 5
Now take a pan and add oil

Add jakhiya,curry leaves and dry red chillies
- Step 7
Add onion and tomato
- Step 8
Add salt, chilli powder , turmeric powder and sambar masala
- Step 9
Sauté till it completely absorbed, add water if required
- Step 10
Add tamarind water into the mixture
- Step 11
Give it a boil
- Step 12
Add boiled tamarind water into the daal mixture in the cooker
- Step 13
Give it a good mix and let it boil for 2-3 minutes
- Step 14
Serve hot with idli or dosa
