  • 1/4
    brinjal
  • 1/4
    carrot

    Jhakiyan or mustard seeds
  • salt as per taste

    chilli powder

  • water as required

How to make Weightloss sambar

Let’s prepare

  1. Add daal , lauki , brinjal and carrot into a pressure cooker
