- 1cupmoong daal
- 2green chilli
- 1inginger
- salt as per taste
- 1/2tspturmeric powder
- 4tomatoes
- 5cloves garlic
- 1/2tspdegi mirch
- 1tsppizza seasoning
- 1tbsptomato ketchup
- vegetables as per choice
- 4tbspcheese
- 1tbspEno
- 1tspoil
How to make Weightloss pizza
Let’s prepare
Blanch the tomatoes and remove skin
Put it in a mixer and make a puree
In a pan take oil and add minced garlic followed by tomatoe puree
Add salt,chilli powder,pizza seasoning and ketchup
Cover it and cook on simmer till it becomes half
In a mixer jar add soaked moong daal with ginger ,chillies ,salt and turmeric powder
Make a paste ,pour into a bowl and add eno
In a non stick pan,spread the batter
Flip it and switch off the flame while u add toppings
Add pizza puree followed by vegetables
Add cheese and cover it, switch on the flame and let it cook on simmer till cheese melts
Once cheese is melt add pizza seasoning again
Cut into slices and serve hot
