- Turmeric powder

- Green chutney
How to make Weightloss burger
To prepare
Heat a nonstick pan and grease it with olive oil
Make a slurry of besan by adding salt,chilli powder, turmeric powder and water
Dip the paneer piece in slurry
coat in crushed cornflakes
Put in the frying pan and cook till it becomes crispy from all sides
Take hung curd in a bowl and add salt, pepper and chopped onion into it to make burger cheese cream
Cut the bun into half and roast from both side in a nonstick pan
Apply hung curd mix on one side and green chutney on the other side
Add your favourite vegetables over the hung curd layer
Add crispy paneer patty over the vegetables
Sprinkle little chaat masala over it
Assemble and enjoy it guilt free
