Ingredients

(1 serving = 1 bowl)
  • 1tsp
    olive oil
  • 1tsp
    garlic, chopped
  • 2tsp
    red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2tsp
    yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 2tsp
    green capsicum, sliced
  • 2tsp
    onion, sliced
  • 3piece
    tomato, pureed
  • 1/2tsp
    black pepper powder
  • 1tsp
    white vinegar
  • 1 1/2cup
    Pink Harvest penne pasta, boiled
  • 1tsp
    ricotta cheese
  • 3tsp
    water

How to make Vegetable Daal Penne Pasta with Ricotta Cheese

  1. Heat olive oil in a deep pan and add chopped garlic.

  2. Add onions and all bell peppers and capsicum. Cook until they are 60% done.

  3. Remove the vegetables and set aside. Add tomato puree to the same pan.

  4. Season with pink salt, cover with a lid, and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.

  5. Add black pepper and vinegar. Stir in the boiled penne pasta and cooked vegetables.

  6. Mix everything well. Add pizza mix seasoning and ricotta cheese.

  7. Add a little water, cover, and cook for 1-2 minutes.

  8. Sprinkle with additional seasoning and chili flakes before serving.

Tips & Tricks

  1. Adjust the seasoning and chili flakes according to your taste preference.

  2. For a creamier texture, add more ricotta cheese.
