A delicious and refreshing bruschetta topped with a creamy paneer and curd spread, caramelized onions, and sautéed cherry tomatoes.
Ingredients
- 2piecebread toasts
- 250gpaneer
- 250gthick curd
- 6clovegarlic
- 1tbsplemon juice
- 1tbsphoney
- 1tbspcoriander leaves
- 1pieceonion
- 1tspoil
- 100gcherry tomatoes
- Salt as per taste
- Pepper powder as per taste
How to make Tomato Bruschetta
In a pan, add oil.
Add chopped onion and sauté until it changes color.
Add 2-3 chopped garlic cloves and sauté briefly.
Switch off the flame and keep the mixture aside.
In a mixer jar, add paneer, curd, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper. Blend to make a thick paste.
Pour the paste into a bowl.
Add caramelized onion and garlic into the paste.
Add some coriander leaves and mix well.
Refrigerate the dip for 1-2 hours until it thickens.
In a pan, sauté cherry tomatoes until they become soft.
Toast the bread.
Spread the paste on the toasted bread using a spoon or butter knife.
Add sautéed cherry tomatoes on top and enjoy.
Tips & Tricks
Ensure the dip is well-refrigerated to achieve the right consistency.
You can add a pinch of chili flakes for an extra kick.
