- chat masala as per taste
- any seasoning as per taste
- roasted jeera powder as per taste

How to make Steamed eggs
Let’s prepare
Grease the bowls with oil
Pour one egg in each bowl
Whisk the egg very lightly with a fork
Put the bowls in the boiling water to steam and cover with lid
Let it cook on simmer for 12- 15 minutes
Mix all the spices in a separate bowl
Insert the knife to check if it’s done
Scrape the corners with butter knife and serve in plate
Sprinkle your masala on the top
Add vegetables of your choice on the sides
