Ingredients
Dosa Batter
- 1cupyellow moong (soaked)
- 1tspsalt
- 1inginger
- 1piecegreen chilli
Paneer Bhurji Filling
- 100gpaneer
- 1pieceonion (diced)
- 1piecetomato (diced)
- 1piececapsicum (diced)
- 1tspsalt and pepper powder
How to make Oil-Free Moong Daal Dosa with Paneer stuffing
Prepare Dosa Batter
Put soaked moong daal, ginger, chilli, and salt in a mixer jar and grind it to a smooth batter.
Prepare Paneer Bhurji Filling
In a pan, add diced onion, tomato, and capsicum. Sauté while adding salt and pepper until the vegetables are soft.( No oil)
Add crumbled paneer to the sautéed vegetables and mix well.
Cook Dosa
Pour the moong daal batter on a non-stick greased tawa and cook from both sides until golden brown.
Fill the dosa with the paneer stuffing once it is ready.

Serve with your favorite chutney for added flavor.
