Dosa Batter

  • 1cup
    yellow moong (soaked)
  • 1tsp
    salt
  • 1in
    ginger
  • 1piece
    green chilli

Paneer Bhurji Filling

  • 100g
    paneer
  • 1piece
    onion (diced)
  • 1piece
    tomato (diced)
  • 1piece
    capsicum (diced)
  • 1tsp
    salt and pepper powder

How to make Oil-Free Moong Daal Dosa with Paneer stuffing

Prepare Dosa Batter

  1. Put soaked moong daal, ginger, chilli, and salt in a mixer jar and grind it to a smooth batter.

Prepare Paneer Bhurji Filling

  1. In a pan, add diced onion, tomato, and capsicum. Sauté while adding salt and pepper until the vegetables are soft.( No oil)

  2. Add crumbled paneer to the sautéed vegetables and mix well.

Cook Dosa

  1. Pour the moong daal batter on a non-stick greased tawa and cook from both sides until golden brown.

  2. Fill the dosa with the paneer stuffing once it is ready.
