A delicious and protein-rich Indian dish made with paneer and mixed bell peppers, served with a refreshing cucumber salad.

Ingredients

4 Servings
(1 serving = 1 plate)
  • 200g
    paneer
  • 1piece
    onion
  • 2piece
    tomatoes
  • 5clove
    garlic
  • 1in
    ginger
  • 2piece
    green chillies
  • 2tbsp
    mixed bell peppers
  • 1tsp
    oil
  • 1tsp
    jeera
  • 1tsp
    Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 1tsp
    Turmeric powder
  • 2tbsp
    coriander leaves
  • Salt as per taste

How to make Kadhai Paneer with Cucumber Salad

  1. In a pan, add oil.

  2. Add cumin seeds (jeera) and let them crackle.

  3. Add chopped onion and cook until it becomes soft.

  4. Add chopped tomatoes and let them cook for a while.

  5. Add salt, chilli powder, and turmeric powder.

  6. Cook until tomatoes become soft and mushy.

  7. Add mixed bell peppers and paneer into the masala.

  8. Cover and let it cook on simmer for 5-7 minutes.

  9. Garnish with coriander leaves.

  10. Serve it with cucumber salad.
