How to make Kadhai Paneer with Cucumber Salad
In a pan, add oil.
Add cumin seeds (jeera) and let them crackle.
Add chopped onion and cook until it becomes soft.
Add chopped tomatoes and let them cook for a while.
Add salt, chilli powder, and turmeric powder.
Cook until tomatoes become soft and mushy.
Add mixed bell peppers and paneer into the masala.
Cover and let it cook on simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve it with cucumber salad.
