A nutritious salad packed with protein and fiber, featuring mixed greens, vegetables, paneer, and a tangy dressing.

Ingredients

2 Servings
(1 serving = 1 bowl)
  • 1cup
    Mixed green leaves
  • 2piece
    Bell peppers (Red and yellow)
  • 1piece
    Capsicum
  • 1piece
    Cucumber
  • 100g
    Paneer
  • 6piece
    Cherry tomatoes
  • 2tbsp
    Feta cheese
  • 1tbsp
    Mixed seeds
  • 1tbsp
    Toasted walnuts
  • 2tbsp
    Lemon juice
  • 1tbsp
    Honey
  • 1dash
    Salt
  • 1dash
    Pepper
  • 1/2tsp
    Olive oil
  • 1piece
    Zucchini

How to make High Protein and High Fibre Salad

  1. In a big bowl, add all green leaves and vegetables cut in desired shape.

  2. Sauté paneer blocks on a non-stick tawa without oil and masala.

  3. In a small bowl, add lemon juice, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper, then mix well.

  4. Add the dressing into the mixed vegetable bowl.

  5. Add sautéed paneer blocks on top and put a dressing of your choice on top.

Tips & Tricks

  1. For extra crunch, add more toasted nuts or seeds.

  2. You can replace paneer with tofu for a vegan option.
