How to make Daal Chat for Weight Loss
Preparation
Wash moong daal with clean water 3 to 4 times.
Cooking
Add moong daal, water, salt, and turmeric powder in a cooker and give it two whistles.
Once the daal is boiled, add chopped vegetables of your choice.
Serving
Garnish with jeera powder, black salt, lemon, and pomegranate seeds.
