Daal Chat for Weight Loss recipe

Ingredients

(1 serving = 1 bowl)

Main Ingredients

  • 1/2cup
    moong daal
  • 2 1/2cup
    water
  • 1tsp
    salt
  • 1tsp
    turmeric
  • 1/2piece
    onion, diced
  • 1/2piece
    tomato, diced
  • 1tbsp
    spring onion, chopped
  • 50g
    paneer
  • 1tsp
    roasted jeera powder
  • 1/2piece
    lemon
  • 1tbsp
    pomegranate seeds

How to make Daal Chat for Weight Loss

Preparation

  1. Wash moong daal with clean water 3 to 4 times.

Cooking

  1. Add moong daal, water, salt, and turmeric powder in a cooker and give it two whistles.

  2. Once the daal is boiled, add chopped vegetables of your choice.

Serving

  1. Garnish with jeera powder, black salt, lemon, and pomegranate seeds.

  2. Serve hot and enjoy.
