How to make Curd Chia weight management Pudding
Prepare the Pudding
Take a bowl and whisk the curd until smooth.
Add the soaked chia seeds to the curd and mix well.
Add the grated beetroot and salt, and stir to combine.
Prepare the Tadka
In a tadka pan, heat the oil.
Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
Add whole red chillies, curry leaves, and peanuts, and sauté until the peanuts are roasted.
Assemble
Pour the tadka over the curd chia mixture.
Serve and enjoy.
