A delicious and nutritious besan dosa stuffed with paneer, beetroot, peas, corn, and pomegranate seeds, seasoned with taco seasoning.
Ingredients
For Stuffing
- 1cupgrated paneer
- 1cupgrated beetroot
- 1/4cupboiled peas
- 1/4cupsweet corn
- 1/4piecepomegranate
- 1tspTaco seasoning
For Base
- 1 1/2cupbesan
- 1/4cupsemolina
- 1/4cupcurd
- 1cupwater
- 1pinchTurmeric powder
- 1pinchblack pepper
How to make Besan Dosa with Stuffing
To Prepare Stuffing
In a bowl, mix grated paneer, beetroot, peas, corn, and pomegranate seeds along with taco seasoning.
Give it a good mix.
To Prepare Dosa
In a mixer jar add besan,sooji,curd,water and salt to make a running consistency batter
Add turmeric powder and black pepper and give it a good mix
Spread the batter on a non-stick pan.
Apply some drops of ghee along with your favourite chutney.
Fill the stuffing in the center.
Serve hot.
Tips & Tricks
Ensure the pan is hot before spreading the batter for a crispier dosa.
You can adjust the seasoning in the stuffing to your taste.
