For Stuffing

  • 1cup
    grated paneer
  • 1cup
    grated beetroot
  • 1/4cup
    boiled peas
  • 1/4cup
    sweet corn
  • 1/4piece
    pomegranate
  • 1tsp
    Taco seasoning

For Base

  • 1 1/2cup
    besan
  • 1/4cup
    semolina
  • 1/4cup
    curd
  • 1cup
    water
  • 1pinch
    Turmeric powder
  • 1pinch
    black pepper

How to make Besan Dosa with Stuffing

To Prepare Stuffing

  1. In a bowl, mix grated paneer, beetroot, peas, corn, and pomegranate seeds along with taco seasoning.

To Prepare Dosa

  1. In a mixer jar add besan,sooji,curd,water and salt to make a running consistency batter

  2. Add turmeric powder and black pepper and give it a good mix

Tips & Tricks

  1. Ensure the pan is hot before spreading the batter for a crispier dosa.
