How to make Nigerian π Puff-Puff
Using a big bowl, add your flour and all your dry ingredients. Follow instructions in the pictures below π
Mix all the dry ingredients together.
Add warm water to the mixture. Follow the photo pictures π for detailed directions
Mix thoroughly, making sure there are no lumps.
Cover the mixture for 1.5 to 2 hours or until it has risen.
Heat your frying pan.
Pour oil into the frying pan.
Scoop with a deep small spoon or scoop the mold of your hand and Fry the dough until golden brown. Follow the instructions in the pictures below π
