- 1/2cuppineapple juice
- 1/4cupsoy sauce
- 1/4cupbrown sugar
- 2tbspvegetable oil
- 2clovegarlic, minced
- 1tbspgrated ginger
- 1tspsesame oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4cuppineapple slice

- 1/2cuppineapple juice
- 1/4cuphoney
- 2tbspsoy sauce
How to make Pineapple Chicken Wings
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
Add chicken wings and marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Cooking
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with vegetable oil.
Remove wings from marinade, letting excess liquid drip off.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until cooked through.
While wings bake, prepare the pineapple glaze.
After 30 minutes, brush wings with pineapple glaze and return to oven for an additional 5-10 minutes.
Garnish with pineapple slice and serve immediately.
Pineapple Glaze
Combine pineapple juice, honey, and soy sauce in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes or until thickened.
