    Oreos, crushed or roughly chopped
  • 1 1/2cup
    flour
  • 1/2tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2tsp
    baking powder
  • 1pinch
    salt
  • 1/4cup
    butter
  • 1/4cup
    oil
  • 1/2cup
    sugar
  • 2piece
    eggs
  • 1tsp
    vanilla essence
  • 1/2tsp
    vinegar
  • 3/4cup
    buttermilk

How to make Oreo Cupcakes

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

  2. Line a cupcake tray with paper cup liners.

  3. Sieve all the dry ingredients together and set aside.

  4. In a large bowl, cream together butter and oil until light and fluffy.

  5. Add eggs one at a time, then add vanilla essence, vinegar, and buttermilk. Mix together.

  6. Fold in the dry ingredients and mix until combined.

  7. Lastly, add Oreos and mix. Do not overmix.

  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
