A spicy and flavorful seasoning mix perfect for grilling, roasting, and sautéing meats and vegetables. This Nigerian Suya Spice adds a delicious kick to any dish. Specifically use for Nigerian suya and also used as an alternate for spicing ur meats, fish , shrimps and lots more

(1 serving = 1 tbsp)
  • 2piece
    Crushed Bouillon Cubes (preferably Maggi cubes)
  • 2tbsp
    Garlic Powder
  • 2tbsp
    Ground Ginger
  • 2tbsp
    Hot Red Pepper (Cayenne Works)
  • 2tbsp
    Onion Powder
  • 4tbsp
    Roasted Groundnut (peanut powder also works in a pinch) or Nigerian kulikuli crunchy snack ( ground to powder)
  • 2tbsp
    Smoked Paprika
  • 1tbsp
    White Pepper

How to make Nigerian Suya Spice

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Mix thoroughly until well combined.

  3. Store in an airtight container for future use.
