Delicious Homemade Banana Ice Cream

A simple and creamy banana ice cream made with just three core ingredients.

Ingredients
- 6piecebig bananas
- 1/2cuppowdered milk (full cream)
- 100mLcondensed milk
- 1/2tspvanilla extract
- 50mLcold water
How to make Delicious Homemade Banana Ice Cream
Peel the bananas and place them in an airtight container or freezer bag. Freeze for at least 2-3 hours or overnight (8-12 hours) which is best recommended.
Remove the frozen bananas from the freezer and place them in a blender or food processor. Blend the bananas into a smooth, creamy consistency. You may need to stop the blender and scrape down the sides a few times to ensure that all the chunks of bananas are blended properly.
In a small bowl, pour the powdered milk, add the condensed milk, and mix to form a paste. Add little cold water and vanilla extract, then mix well until smooth.
Pour the blended bananas into the milk mixture and stir well with a spatula or spoon. You can also transfer all the mixtures back to the blender and blend until everything combines well and is smooth.
Pour the mixture into an airtight container and place it in the freezer. Freeze for at least 3-8 hours to set.
