- 4piececrispy bacon strips
- 1pieceripe avocado
- 2piecelarge flour tortillas
- 1bundlefresh lettuce
- 1piecetomato (optional)
- 1tbspolive oil
- 1dashsalt
- 1dashpepper
How to make Grilled Chicken & Bacon Wrap
Cook the Bacon
In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside on paper towels to drain.
Grill the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil. Grill over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Slice into strips.
Prepare the Guacamole
Mash the avocado in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lime juice, if desired.
Assemble the Wraps
Lay the tortillas flat on a surface. Spread a generous layer of guacamole in the center. Add the sliced grilled chicken, crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, and a few slices of tomato, if using.
Wrap it Up
Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it tightly into a wrap.
