Ingredients

For garnishing; fresh tomatoes,cucumber, mayonnaise dressing

  • 1
    medium sized fish
  • 3tbsp
    of mayonnaise
  • 1
    seasoning cubes
  • 1/8tsp
    of black pepper
  • 1/2tsp
    of garlic
  • 1/2tsp
    of ginger
  • 1/4tsp
    of salt
  • A drizzle of lemon juice
  • 3
    scoops of butter
  • 1/2tsp
    of onion powder

How to make Mayonnaise grilled fish without an oven

  1. In a clean bowl add your mayonnaise, black pepper, garlic, ginger, seasoning cubes, salt, lemon juice, onion powder.

  2. Mix thoroughly to combine then set aside

  3. Place your clean fish on a clean surface, pat dry with a paper towel

  4. Give it a slight cut on both sides of the fish.

  5. Apply the mayonnaise marinade all over the fish then set aside

  6. Add some butter into the non-stick pan

  7. Then place the fish on the pan and pan fry for 8-10 minutes on both sides

  8. when its properly fried add some mayonnaise dressing

  9. For the mayonnaise dressing; Add 3 table spoon of mayonnaise, 2 table spoon of sugar and some liquid milk. mix to combine. add it to your fish.
