How to make Boiled Plantain with Stew
Wash and dice your plantain into big chuncks
Add into a clean pot, and add some water, enough to cover your plantain.
Add some salt, then allow to boil for 25 minutes.
Take out the plantains, allow to cool and gently take off the peels.
Serve your delicious plantain with any stew or sauce of your choice.
Tips & Tricks
Always try to boil your plantains with the peels on, the reason for the peels is to keep the plantain firm.
