Ingredients

  • 1 1/2cups
    all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/2tsp
    sugar
  • 1/2tsp
    salt
  • 2piece
    large eggs
  • 1 1/2cups
    milk
  • 2tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 1tsp
    vanilla extract (optional)

How to make Crepes

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract (if using).

  3. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and whisk until smooth. The batter should be thin and free of lumps.

  4. Heat a small non-stick pan or crêpe pan over medium heat.

  5. Pour a small amount of batter into the pan and tilt to evenly coat the bottom.

  6. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until the edges start to curl and the surface is dry.
