- 1kgchicken, medium size pieces
- 2tbspred chilli powder
- 1tbsphaldi powder
- 1tbspsalt powder
- 1tbspgaram masala powder
- 1tbspchicken masala powder
- 2piecelemon, juiced
- 1pinchred tandoori colour
- 3tbspcornflour
- 1pieceegg

How to make Chicken Kabab
Wash the chicken pieces thoroughly.
Marinate the chicken with red chilli powder, haldi powder, salt, chicken masala, lemon juice, a pinch of red tandoori colour, cornflour, and egg. Mix well.
Let the marinated chicken sit for at least 1 hour.
Heat oil in a kadhai for deep frying.
Deep fry the marinated chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve hot and enjoy hotel-style chicken kababs at home.
Garnish with fresh chopped coriander,onion and lemon and some fried curry leaves
Tips & Tricks
Ensure the oil is hot enough before adding the chicken to avoid it becoming greasy.
You can adjust the amount of red chilli powder according to your spice preference.
