    pork shoulder or belly, cut into small cubes

    fish sauce (patis)
  • 1tbsp
    sugar

    raisins (optional)

    garbanzo beans (chickpeas) (optional)

How to make Pork Menudo

  1. In a bowl, mix the pork cubes with soy sauce and set aside for about 15-20 minutes.
