Parmesan Pomme Anna recipe

Ingredients

4 Servings

  • 3piece
    potato
  • 1 1/2cup
    finely shredded Parmesan
  • 3tbsp
    butter, melted
  • dry thyme
  • salt
  • pepper

How to make Parmesan Pomme Anna

  1. Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.

  2. Pour melted butter into a Pomme Anna pan or skillet.

  3. Place sliced potatoes in the pan, layer by layer in a circular pattern, overlapping each slice to cover the base of the pan.

  4. Season with salt and pepper, then sprinkle with thyme and Parmesan cheese.

  5. Continue layering the potatoes and seasoning until all the potatoes are used.

  6. Cover the top with baking paper and then cover with a lid.

  7. Preheat on the stove for 5 minutes, then transfer to a preheated oven and cook for 25 to 30 minutes or until the bottom turns golden brown.

Tips & Tricks

  1. Ensure the potato slices are as thin as possible for even cooking.

  2. Use a mandoline slicer for uniform slices.
