Whole Grain Bread recipe

Ingredients

Sponge Dough

  • 190g
    warm water
  • 1 1/4tsp
    dry yeast
  • 95g
    all-purpose flour

Main Dough

  • 185g
    bread flour
  • 1/2tsp
    salt
  • 4tbsp
    honey
  • 4tsp
    corn oil
  • 4tsp
    sesame seed
  • 2tsp
    poppy seed
  • 3tbsp
    sunflower seed

How to make Whole Grain Bread

  1. Combine all the sponge dough ingredients together and let it stand for 10 minutes.

  2. Add the main dough ingredients to the sponge dough and beat for 10 minutes using a dough hook.

  3. Let the dough rest for 1 hour, then shape it into a long roll.

  4. Allow the dough to ferment again until it doubles in size.

  5. Bake at 180°C for 35-40 minutes.
