Ingredients

Group A

  • 1tbsp
    gelatine powder
  • 4tsp
    rose jelly powder
  • 220g
    sugar
  • 400g
    coconut milk
  • 1000mL
    water

Group B

  • 200g
    custard powder
  • 100mL
    coconut milk
  • 400mL
    water

Group C

  • 200g
    corn cream
  • 100g
    whole corn
  • 1/2tsp
    salt

How to make Sweet Corn Pudding

  1. Mix all ingredients from Group A together.
