How to make Pandan Layer Cake
Prepare the Mixtures
Mix ingredients in group A together.
Mix ingredients in group B together.
Cook the Mixture
Bring mixture A to a boil. Once warm, add mixture B.
Cook until the mixture boils and becomes sticky.
Assemble the Cake
Pour the hot mixture between the layers of the pandan sponge cake to create a sandwich effect.
