How to make Cream Caramel
Caramel Preparation
Caramelize the sugar and water until it turns brown. Then pour into ramekin cups.
Custard Preparation
Warm up the sugar, fresh milk, and ideal milk until the sugar dissolves. Let it cool.
Stir in the whole eggs and mix until combined. Sieve the mixture.
Pour the mixture into the ramekin cups over the caramelized sugar.
Baking
Bake at 150°C for 30 minutes using steam bake.
