How to make Cream Brulee
Heat fresh milk and castor sugar in a double boiler until the sugar is dissolved.
Mix whipping cream, egg yolks, and vanilla flavour well.
Combine the milk mixture with the cream mixture, then sieve it.
Pour into remiken cup.
Bake at 120°C for 30-45 minutes using the steam bake method.
After baking, sprinkle a little brown sugar on top and caramelize it with a torch until it forms a crispy layer.
Tips & Tricks
Ensure the sugar is fully dissolved in the milk to achieve a smooth custard.
Use a kitchen torch for even caramelization of the sugar topping.
