    medium protein flour
  • 40g
    cocoa powder
  • 50g
    milk powder
  • 150g
    castor sugar
  • 2tbsp
    yeast
  • 100g
    egg
  • 1tbsp
    bread improver
  • 1tbsp
    bread softener
  • 1tsp
    calcium
  • 1tsp
    salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 500g
    water
  • 100g
    ice cube
  • 50g
    fresh milk

Additional Ingredients

  • 120g
    butter
  • 2tbsp
    chocolate paste
  • 200g
    chocolate chips

How to make Chocolate Chips Loaf Bread

Mixing and Kneading

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients for 1 minute using low speed.

  2. Add in the wet ingredients. Change to medium speed and beat for 15 minutes using a hook.

Adding Butter and Fermentation

  1. Add in butter and beat using low speed.

  2. Rest the dough for 1 hour to let it ferment, then ferment again inside the bread tin.

Baking

  1. Bake at 180C-200C for 45 minutes.
