How to make Chocolate Chips Loaf Bread
Mixing and Kneading
Mix all the dry ingredients for 1 minute using low speed.
Add in the wet ingredients. Change to medium speed and beat for 15 minutes using a hook.
Adding Butter and Fermentation
Add in butter and beat using low speed.
Rest the dough for 1 hour to let it ferment, then ferment again inside the bread tin.
Baking
Bake at 180C-200C for 45 minutes.
