How to make Buttered Chicken
Chop and marinate chicken for 30 minutes or overnight.
After marination, deep fry chicken using all-purpose flour.
After frying, place the chicken on a paper towel.
For the sauce, heat the wok and add butter.
Slowly sauté garlic but do not overcook.
Pour water and add the remaining ingredients.
Mix water with cornstarch and add to the sauce to your desired consistency.
Arrange fried chicken on a plate and pour the sauce over it. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
