How to make Party Jollof Rice
Wash the rice with salt at least 3 times and set aside.
In a pot, boil the beef or chicken with your desired amount of spices. Once it is done, fry and set aside.
In another pot, pour in the vegetable oil used in frying the beef and add sliced onions, bay leaves, tomato and pepper mix along with the tomato paste. Stir with a wooden spoon. Allow it to fry for at least 5-6 minutes then add in the crayfish and seasoning cubes, and stir.
Add the washed rice, stir until everything mixes well then add in your beef stock and water enough to cook the rice. Stir and cover for at least 20 minutes and cook on low heat. If it's not soft to your taste, add a little water and cover.
Once it's ready, garnish with onions and serve with your fried beef or chicken.
