Mint& garlic tahini dip recipe

Ingredients

(1 serving = 1/4 cup)
  • 1
    handful Mint
  • 3clove
    Garlic
  • 2piece
    Chilli bullets (deseeded)
  • 1piece
    Spring onion
  • 1tsp
    Mayonnaise
  • 1/2cup
    Tahini
  • 3tbsp
    Greek yogurt
  • 3tsp
    Lemon juice
  • 2tbsp
    Water (optional)
  • 1/4tsp
    Cumin powder
  • 1pinch
    Salt
  • 1dash
    Black pepper

How to make Mint& garlic tahini dip

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor.

  2. Blend on high speed for 2-3 minutes until smooth.

  3. Transfer to a bowl, serve, and enjoy.

Tips & Tricks

  1. If the mixture is too thick, thin it with 2 tbsp of water.

  2. Blend until it's well mixed. It doesn't have to be completely smooth; a grainy texture is still enjoyable.

  3. Serve with grilled dishes.
