Carrot, Celery, and Ginger Juice recipe

Ingredients

4 Servings
(1 serving = 1 glass)
  • 10piece
    large carrots
  • 1piece
    celery stalk
  • 1piece
    ginger
  • 1/2cup
    lemon juice
  • 1L
    water
  • 1/4cup
    bio-honey

How to make Carrot, Celery, and Ginger Juice

  1. Peel the carrots and thoroughly wash the celery and ginger as they tend to be soiled at the roots. Dice them into chunks.

  2. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend on high speed for about 4-5 minutes or until smooth.

  3. Use a strainer to sieve the juice from the pulp.

  4. Chill the juice in the fridge and enjoy when ready.

Tips & Tricks

  1. Do not discard the pulp. You can use it to make sauces or soups, dehydrate it and turn it into a powder to add to your smoothie bowl or juices for extra nutritional value.

  2. If you have a juicer, it's much better and easier. Just don't add water in this case.

  3. Add the honey according to your taste; mine was mildly sweet.

  4. Serve it chilled; it's so refreshing.
